Educational Development

RESPECT Black Education- Educational Development Initiative aimed at improving the behavior, attendance and grades of K-12 students in Whitehaven by addressing the adverse childhood and community experiences they and their families face.


Civic Development

RESPECT Black Power- Civic Development Initiative aimed at increasing civic participation in Whitehaven through civic education, voter registration, and voter rights restoration.


Social Development

RESPECT Black Culture- Social Development Initiative aimed at the social uplift of the Whitehaven community through social programs promoting the excellence in our community and targeting the vices that threaten to destroy the fabric of our community.
